I built Eminae because I saw a gap that shouldn't exist.

In the lower middle market — companies between $5M and $250M in enterprise value — the most consequential transactions happen through relationships. Yet the professionals who drive these deals often work in isolation. CEOs preparing for the biggest financial event of their lives don't know who to trust. Advisors with deep expertise lack access to the right deal flow. Investors with capital can't find the quality opportunities they need.

The upper market has its infrastructure — the banks, the conferences, the established networks. But in our market, that infrastructure didn't exist. So we built it.
